West Palm Beach yacht builder Rybovich Spencer will unveil its 42-foot Express Walkaround, dubbed the Margaritavich. The luxurious $1 million model was designed with the help of singer Jimmy Buffett, who’s expected to make an appearance at the show with his friend, singer Billy Joel.

Dennis Kozlowski, former CEO of Tyco International, threw a $2 millon dollar party for his wife’s birthday on a Mediterranean island and flew in Jimmy Buffett to perform at a cost of $250,000. Kozlowski is now on trial being charged with grand larceny and enterprise corruption for allegedly stealing some $600 million from Tyco.

From Randy: On Sunday October 26 at 10 am they are doing a random drawing of 100 tickets to the opening of the Cheeseburger in Paradise Restaurant in Downers Grove, Illinois (to benefit the Advocate Good Samaritan). The Pre-Grand Opening party takes place on November 3rd with a special performance by Jimmy Buffett.

According to Margaritaville.com, Mailboatrecords.com, and Amazon.com the new live cds “Live in Auburn WA” and “Live in Las Vegas” will both be coming out on Oct. 28.
Amazon.com has the release date for “Live in San Diego” as 11/4/2003.
From Mailboat Records: We are releasing Live in Vegas and LIve In Auburn, WA for now. Unfortunately, due to technical problems and then the cancelled shows, the others were cancelled. There will, however, be more releases, but we do not know which shows as of yet. Stay tuned!

Radio Margaritaville is now an offered stream on Apple’s itunes which is available on Mac and now Windows OS under the Americana section of the internet Radio streams. Jambalaya Jam and Boat Drinks are just two other nice streams that the Parrothead nation would be interested in listening to.
