The contest is simple, for every dollar you, your friends and relatives or
your club raises on your behalf counts as one vote. We tally the votes on
October 1 and the top two vote getters have 21 days to rally the troops from home and then they face off in Key West to determine who will be Jimmy’s VP. After the online voting ends we will have ballot boxes in Key West. If you ever wanted to stuff a ballot box now is your chance.

All nominees must be a member of a sanctioned Parrot Heads in Paradise Inc. Parrot Head Club and registered for the convention. Candidates must submit their names no later than July 4, 2004.
