The guys from South Park had a new episode last night featuring a parody of Jimmy Buffett. It will be rebroadcast tomorrow and over the weekend on Comedy Central. Eric has AIDS and they couldn’t get Elton John or anyone to sing so they got Buffett instead. Eric wasn’t so happy.
A video clip from the show is available on the South Park website: AIDS Burger in Paradise .

The Key West Citizen reports that one of Jimmy’s closest friends in Key West, Captain Tony has been hospitalized again: "More tests for Key West legend" - Capt. Tony readmitted to Miami Heart Institute
Doctors continue to be concerned about "Capt. Tony" Tarracino’s heart, and have sent him back to a Miami hospital where he was last week to undergo further testing.
An ambulance on Tuesday took the 91-year-old "man about town" to the Miami Heart Institute at Mt. Sinai Medical Center. There, doctors may repeat an angioplasty procedure they did last week, said Tarracino’s wife, Marty.
"He came home on Wednesday as planned, but then was readmitted to Lower Keys Medical Center on Friday," Marty Tarracino said Tuesday morning. "Doctors want to redo the procedure in Miami, and it gets a little complicated for him because we’re dealing with heart and lung problems, and not just the heart."

The Sulphur Springs News Telegram has an article by Terry Mathews: "Party with a purpose: Parrotheads tailgate for charity"
A while back, Jimmy Buffett, the world’s richest beach bum and the man who made "Margaritaville" a destination, asked his loyal fans, called parrotheads, to add a new dimension to their legendary pre-concert tailgate parties. He asked them to "party with a purpose" - to raise money for charities of their choice.
This year at Pizza Hut Park near Dallas, a group of fans from the site BuffettNews.com are sponsoring the Second Annual Frisco Feeding Frenzy and will again raise money for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, their favorite charity for several years.
However, since one of the local parrotheads who attends the Texas gatherings has been touched by cancer, the group has decided to also raise money for the family’s medical expenses.
Becky Nichols, a long-time parrothead, and her husband, Dana, live in Winnsboro. Right before Thanksgiving, Dana was diagnosed with lung cancer and has not been able to work as he undergoes chemotherapy in Dallas. Becky has lost her job, too, but was able to keep her insurance benefits.
