Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band will be playing two shows in Hawaii in February. One on February 24th in Maui, and one at Waikiki Beach Shell in Hononlu on Febrary 28th (thanks to scar and wheatsailor for passing that along from PHiP). Ticket on sale information - to be announced soon.
Also look for the grand opening of Jimmy Buffett’s at the Beachcomber in Honolulu to happen around February 1st (thanks to Zeb for passing that along to us).

Overdue for Hawaii (escaping from Northern Virginia)…. been holding off booking flights until these dates were known. Book now or wait for confirmation, that is the question…. The Maui Arts and Cultural Center has the 24th open, but the Waikiki Shell has an auction scheduled for Sat. Feb. 28 from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM, so I’m a little leery….

Jimmy’s concert is in The Shell in Kapiolani park (sp?). The auction is downtown in the arena where basket ball etc goes on. So no conflict.

Has anyone heard anymore news? It is almost 30 days out and we want to get airfare and rooms before they keep going up also. Any way to confirm these shows for sure?

It is getting a little late to book airfare, especially frequent flyer miles. Too bad, it would have been fun.
