Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band continued their 2009 Summerzcool tour on Tuesday night at the Sleep Train Pavilion in Concord, CA. Jimmy last performed at the venue back in 1991 when it was called the Concord Pavilion.
The set list for the show is now available along with comments from those who listened to the show on Radio Margaritaville.
One noticeable change to the set list from Saturday’s show included the addition of the song “Landfall” during the encores (last performed on February 17, 1998 at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Michigan).
The 2009 tour continues on Thursday night May 21st at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Irvine, CA.

“There’s a string out of tune on this guitar,” the 62-year-old singer-songwriter said during his concert Tuesday at the Sleep Train Pavilion in Concord. “But it doesn’t matter because we are going to play `Margaritaville.’”

JUST SAW HIM IN PHOENIX and VEGAS!!….GREAT show in PHOENIEX!!!!…..glad to hear some NEW songs on THIS YEARS TOUR…***WOW***…LANDFALL!!!!!….wish I was there to HEAR THAT!!!….thats the ONLY SONG so FAR on the TOUR I HAVE not HEARD!..hope he plays that later in the YEAR when I catch MORE SHOWS!!!!

I have been going to see Jimmy now for over 30 years and I never get tired of him. The shows have changed, the band members have changed and even Jimmy has changed, but over all he is as good as ever. I’m amazed that at age 62 he continues at this high level. His show last night at Concord Pavilion was truly wonderful. I have now taken all of my children to see him, and to see the look on their faces last night and the tears in their eyes as they watched this icon entertain us is something I will never forget.
Thank you Jimmy for over 30 years of pure joy

so jealous – still waiting in the UK for jimmy to come over – never seem to be in the states at the time he is touring! when he was in Paris last year I was at Nickleback with my kids – good concert but needed more parrots!
