For his next live album after this, Jimmy should ask us what should be on it.

Nobody chooses final songs like Jimmy. This list of songs brought a tingle to me…in a good way! Thanks to Jimmy and the Coral Reefers for putting this set together. Can’t wait..for the CD and for Summer! Just livin and dyin in 3/4 time.
March 30th, 2010 at 3:27 pm
Can’t wait!! Finally a live version of Nautical Wheeler’s! Stories we could tell from Alpine’s show (2 years ago maybe) would make it perfect but I’m not complaining!!
March 30th, 2010 at 3:38 pm
I would love to get a live version of …Cousin in Miami! Meanwhile, I’ll be happy to hear Bubba do John Prine’s Big Old Goofy World.

Does anybody else hate it when bands go for the “exclusively at Walmart” crap? It seems to me that they are condoning Walmarts business practices by doing this. I don’t know how much more $$ they get for this, but it seems kind of wrong to me.

I just wanted to mention that this CD is also being sold at all the Margaritaville locations as well as Margaritaville.com. They might start pre-selling it soon!

Jolly man was played live at fenway as well. The jolly man rid fenway of the bambino curse and the red sox went on to win the world series a month later.

Unfortunately, cannot buy this CD here in the U.K.
We have tried ordering this album thru WALMART but to no avail!!
Seems only American consumers can be allowed to purchase this product
Why is this the case?
There are Parrotheads here in the UK as well ,
who like to buy Jimmys’ products.
Fins Up!

He played Jolly Mon live in ATL in 04
April 19th, 2010 at 1:55 pm
I heard Coast Of Carolina at the Raleigh, NC concert back in ‘08. It was Jimmy, Mac and Sonny (I believe) who sang it and it was just a great version of the song. . . Such a great concert!
April 19th, 2010 at 6:13 pm
Got the Encores cd today….It’s great!!!
April 19th, 2010 at 7:55 pm
Hallo Thanks for a great article. Saved your URL and drop by very soon. Cheers
April 20th, 2010 at 7:47 am
What’s up with it being Walmart exclusive? That’s a little ghetto for Jimmy. Of course our Walmart didn’t have it this morning and it wasn’t on their “list”.
April 20th, 2010 at 9:39 am
Wal*Mart only…
Well then I won’t be buying it. Even a Buffett release can’t get me into that place.
April 20th, 2010 at 10:58 am
I have not purchased the album yet (going tonight after work) but does anyone know which concert each of the songs are recorded from? I tried finding it online and it might be on the album- but just wondered….
April 21st, 2010 at 8:36 am
Love Buffett and the Coral Reefers! Can’t stand WalMart but went to my local one and of course they did NOT have it! A Walmart exclusive and it is not even available when it is supposed to be? C’mon Jimmy, your fans deserve a little better don’t ya think?
April 21st, 2010 at 5:54 pm
My Walmart didn’t have it either. They said it’s only available at a limited number of stores. “Try the store [that is 10 miles away],” they said. Great job doing the walmart exclusive!!! Epic Fail!!!!!!!!! Can you get it on iTunes???
April 22nd, 2010 at 4:49 pm
Go to the walmart mp3 store and download the album there. You won’t get the case but it’s only $9 and you have it instantly.
April 24th, 2010 at 12:13 pm
Good luck even finding it at Walmart. Went searching, no luck, just an empty slot where it used to be. It is either very popular or Walmart only put out a few teasers this week while it is on sale and hoping more come back next week when they will have to pay more. I just don’t trust Walmart. I won’t be buying it unless I find it used someplace someday, perhaps at a garage sale.
April 29th, 2010 at 11:58 am
I ordered mine from Walmart.com. Total cost including S&H was $14.84. My local Walmart’s location is not convienent for me so having it in my mailbox on 4/22 was perfect. I was at the Philadelphia concert and he had a photo of Tim Russert on the outdoor screens while singing “Defying Gravity”. The rain came down in buckets 2 minutes before concert time and we had to wait an hour before he could safely perform.
May 4th, 2010 at 12:09 pm
I only wish that it would have had “Steamer” and “West Nashville Grand Ballroom Gowns on it……. 2 of my faves.
