Jimmy Buffett recorded a song with Zac Brown called “Knee Deep“. It will be on the Zac Brown Band’s new studio album titled “You Get What You Give” out in August. It is a great summer song. Zac performed with Jimmy at the Atlanta show and tailgated before the show and played songs off his new album.

Jimmy Buffett’s 2010 Under the Big Top Tour continued on Thursday night with a show at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater – St. Louis, MO.

Some changes to the set list included:
“Piece Of Work” – last played 7-05-2009 in London
“Coconut Telegraph” – last played 9-05-2009 in Bristow, VA
“Bama Breeze” – last played 8-27-2008 in Wantagh, NY

Jimmy finished the show with an acoustic solo version of “L’air De La Louisiane” (with verse of “Defying Gravity”) .

From Billboard.com: Encores debuts at number 7 on this week’s Billboard 200 albums chart.

The final debut in the top 10 this week comes from chart veteran Jimmy Buffett at No. 7 with the live set “Encores” (31,000). The double-length album is available exclusively through Wal-Mart, Buffett’s Margaritaville retail stores and its Web site. “Encores” is Buffett’s ninth top 10 album and his first since 2006′s “Take the Weather With You” debuted and peaked at No. 4.

Zac Brown was a special guest for the show (first mentioned here on BuffettNews.com). He joined Jimmy and the band for a few songs including ‘Where The Boat Comes From/Off To See The Lizard”, “A Pirate Looks at Forty”, and “Margaritaville”.

“Take Another Road” – last played 7-29-2008 in Noblesville, IN
“Woman Goin’ Crazy On Caroline Street” – last played 2-12-2009 in Key West, FL
“Tampico Trauma” last played 7-01-2006 at Jones Beach in Wantagh, NY

Jimmy finished the show with an acoustic solo version of “Love Cruise”.

Zac Brown will be making a special guest appearance at the Atlanta show on Tuesday April 27th. He will be performing the song “Where the Boat Leaves From” with Jimmy Buffett (and some other songs too). Zac and Jimmy recently appeared on CMT Crossroads and performed several songs together.
