Ticketmaster was surprisingly good to us. Even with four people in my office at 10:00am, I was able to tune them all out and get the tickets. We are staying at Island Winds West, so no shuttles. We have an extra hotel room in Pittsburgh, Holiday Inn airport. It is a drastically reduced rate. $60.00 or $45.00 (if a fellow parrothead can get us to the concert). Let me know before with we cancel the extra room.
