I'll be at the concert, but I won't get to the TLC double C until closer to the concert. The legislature is still in session, so a lot of the lots and garages around the Civic Center and downtown will be filled with us working stiffs. It will be a fantastic way to end the work day though.

I just saw this and I have yet to read all the posts, so if your situation has been taken care of, disregard, but I would suggest you call your state representative (I believe they are called Assemblymen in Cali, but I digress) and see if their constituent services person can help you get in contact...

We were on the top deck at the same time facing the ocean as well. A little chilly but still an awesome view. The Conch Fritters were great.
