Most venues allow the cell phone camera. It's a non professional pic. Many artists want a ban on the cell phone camera's on the pit and the first 15 rows. After that, the pics are lousy anyway. The 2 parking lot tailgating policy is never enforced during Eagles games.
Many private lots across the street will be open earlier.
The problem with parking will not be arriving. It will be leaving at the same time as a Rush concert and an Arena football game will also end within a 1 hr. period.
