Outside Lots are not open yet. The question was, can you park at the outside lots when they open and walk in with a cooler? yes that was the question. I have some friends coming on Saturday that don't have tix and want to park in the outer lots but they want to bring a cooler in. Can you do this?

If you don't have tickets can you park in one of the outer pay lots and roll a cooler in?
