as for this year, it looks like there are still some good seats available. If you've never been there, I would recommend avoiding the lawn (the lawn at Alpine is VERY steep) and getting a reserved seat (anyplace in the center section if you can get one).

read somewhere that if you add a little simple syrup to the mix, your drink won't get watery. haven't tried it -- don't let my drinks sit long enough to melt.

I've had great luck with my FCM, using only regular freezer ice. can't wait 'til summer!!

Margaritaville in Cozumel is beautiful. The back porch overlooks the swimming area, but I don't remember much of a beach. seems like people were climbing down a ladder to get into the water. If you need easier access, the place next door is Jenny's Waffle House...you can go through the restaurant to...

If you carpet is really gross, I'd start with a professional cleaning, then try keeping it up with your home cleaner. If you bought one you could donate it to a community center or senior citizens group when you're done...they might even let you borrow it back if you needed it again.

RM just announced that Freddie and the Fishsticks will play the Margaritaville Cafe on May 1st before Jazz Fest. No info on how to get tickets yet, but they will be $200.00 each/standing room only.
