Re: "major Sports event" ?

I've been to many sporting events ..... not necessarily many on the "major list" A couple that stand out .... priactice round at The Masters and I've been to 3 Army/Navy games. Army/Navy is unbelievably cool !!! Oops .... after reading the posts, I remembered Cal Ripkens 2130 and, a Baltim...

I can easily find it smoked with the hard casing, but i really prefer the fresh. I used to be able to get that, but my source dried up.

Jambalaya question

I am making Jambalaya this week, and was not able to score any andouille (sp?) which I normally use.
I'm now debating whether to use a hot italian or some chorizo.
Any thoughts from the cooks out there?

Pardon my ignorance, but the only Hemingway I've read is "Old Man".

Thinking about reading To have and have not.

My question is ... can you tell you're reading a book from the 30's? Is it still a good read today?

Go Ravens !!!! Not saying I'd bet the farm, but we're definately a more complete team than NE. To the Ray Lewis haters -- I really try to look at all the facts before being so loose with the opinions. Otherwise, you look rather silly (or look like a steeler fan). Personally, I don't think that they should do that. But it is about popularity, as well as geography.

I grew up worshipping the Orioles of the 70's and 80's. WE WERE THE BEST.
Horrible news about Flanny. I've kinda been in a funk since hearing all the horrible details. Too see former heroes such as Jim palmer and Ken Singleton so broken up is hard to watch
