Years past the pre tailgate was at the holiday inn parking lot. Has that changed?

I have 3 tickets I am looking to get rid of. I ended up buying better seats. They are in section 202 row ccc. Paid $150 for them and will take $125 for them. I live in the St. Louis area so it might be best to meet up at the tailgate. I will be at Holiday Inn and then in the parking lot.
