I think Jimmy owns the franchise rights for Krispy Kreme in Palm Beach County. I haven't had one yet but one opened here on Maui recently so maybe I'll drive down the mountain and get me a dozen.

Outback bought the rights to Cheese Burger in Paradise....Jimmy kept a nice piece so he's probably hangin with his business partners...When he left Maui he said he was on a 2 month vacation starting in the Virgin Islands so...WHo knows...

Same issue was addressed after a few years in court with the Maui Cheeseburger in Paradise owners...They tried to keep opening new restaurants...Eventually Jimmy won in court and shortly thereafter sold the trademark to the Outback Steakhouse people keeping lots -o-stock...Sounds like a shrewd busin...

Is it true Jimmy was spotted at a piercing salon in Palm Beach getting his nipples ready for the Grammy's....Probably had lunch at TABOO afterwards....

As Jimmy was about to play Cheese Burger in Paradise on Maui ...He made a remark about it being for The real Cheese burger in Paradise....I assume it was a jab at The Maui establishment with that name which people assume he owns but which he actually spent a few years suing...Of course he won...but ...

The Maui show was sweet...the Reeferettes were dancin Hula in the streets...To the left and the right the Volcanos were smilin...Jimmy loves bein here on Our Beautiful Island.....For a Florida boy who forgot to leave Jimmy warmed my heart and reminded me.... its time for a little fishin in the Keys....
