Re: Songs From St Somewhere review
Listened to album with Jimmy's commentary yesterday on RM. I found Jimmy's stories behind the songs way more interesting than the songs themselves. Matter of fact I didn't care for any of the songs. Most of the songs were written by other people with Jimmy adding is own touch as he put it. I'm not s...

It's called demand pricing. Same thing the airlines do with their ticket pricing.

The HD was not the Albatross damaged when the Mirabella Yacht's hanger collapsed in the hurricane. If I rummage around I can probably find the photos of the smushed Albatross and hanger. Thank you! Now, was the plane flown to Orlando or trucked? it was definitely trucked in to Mville. I'll need to ...

This hangar? http://www.seaplaneops.com/photogallery/mirabella/mirabella.htm That's the one, yep. Yup, it was the Katanga that had it's back broken by one the steel beams from the hanger. What was really amazing was how "little" damage was done to it considering the size of the roof truss...

Hmmm when was the last time Jimmy was played on a black oriented radio station? People go to concerts performed by people they have been listening to. Jimmy doesn't rotation time on Blues stations, Urban or Gangsta or Dance or what ever those stations are called. Its not something that is Jimmy's f...

Re: Itracks Margaritaville Online Study Invitation?
I went back and checked through my emails; I got one too but my email filter directed it right to the "spam" mailbox. I rescued it and started to take it; apparently if you complete the questionnaire to their satisfaction you would be invited to take part in some sort of online board/dis...

I think what upsets some folks is instead of being seen as a "loyal fan base" to now being considered a "captive market to be exploited".

Re: When will Jimmy retire touring?
From a purely business perspective.... Jimmy will retire after Margaritaville Inc. goes public. Until then, he is the face of the brand identity and the value of the Margaritaville brand will significantly diminish if he isn't out there selling er, touring, releasing albums etc. The basic problem is...

Re: 2012 The Masters
I went to the 2010 Tournament on Wed, Thurs, & Fri. Got my tickets thru StubHub, worked great. The Par-3 tournament is a must see, and the field is large enough on Thurs & Fri to enjoy things. After the cut, the field is too small to try and watch things in person. I talked to woman who has ...
