I heard Nadirah sing 'Makin' Music For Money' at the Lakewood concert on June 5. She has great pipes, but that particular song did not sound good the way she sings it. Hopefully the rest of her CD has songs more suited to her singing style.

I've been at the last two Charlotte shows. Even though it rained the entire time at the outdoor show, it was a blast! I would much rather see JB outdoors.

My family and I ate there a few weeks ago. We go 3-4 times a year for dinner after we visit Biltmore. We have always enjoyed it. I think the location is not the best though, which probably affected the traffic it received.

The last concert I went to was Charlotte 2 years ago.
We had a blast tailgating. The concert was in the Coliseum, so we're looking forward to the amphitheatre this year.
Our group is meeting tomorrow night to make final plans for the trip, and of course to test out any new jello recipes we may have!

Believe it or not there is more than one Hampton Inn in Charlotte! There are about 7 hotels around 3 miles from Verizon on Tryon. There is a Hampton there, but it is not the same one that is across from the coliseum.

We'll have a phlock from Knoxvegas, probably staying at the Hampton Inn on Tryon Street. There are a bunch of hotels together on Tryon about 3 miles frm the amphitheatre. Tailgating is allowed.

I remember the good old days of Hagar and Three Lock Box, and the days of VH with their first 2 albums. I never liked the two together.
