This is a reference to Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy, an album he released in the early 70s. The phrase "The Captain & The Kid" is in the title track and the new album is similarly themed.

I expect that there will be nothing official about Florida until the NBA announces there schedule in early August. They are the primary tenants in these venues, so their needs will come before anything else gets booked. Keep the faith.
