The venue rules do say no tailgating BUT we've been going to Buffett concerts at Indy (Verizon Music Center, Nobelsville) for several years now and ALWAYS tailgate. The security folks and deputies have always been very accomodating. I have to believe that JB himself has said tailgating must be allow...
