I got a pair in Sec. 700, row NN. I really wasn't holding out hope, but thought I would try anyway. Got lucky today. And Jimmy ain't gettin any younger, so I figure I had better see him while I still can. Condolences to those that got shut out. I've been in your shoes before. As a matter of fact I w...

LSL is now a staple in almost all of the places I go to for a drink sans one here in Louisville, and the retail stores that are selling it have a special display for it.

They've had them at the first two Louisville Cardinal home football games. They were $4.50 a bottle there. A little less beer for a little less money, compared to the $5.50 Bud Lights. All in all not a bad price for a football game.

When I had it the first time, I wasn't impressed, but I tried it with lime and it was pretty damn good. A fellow PH at Mohegan turned me on to a "loaded Landshark" now that's the way to go... That is exactly what happened to me. The first time I had it I thought it was alright, but the ne...

Some of us like LandShark!! :) :) :)
BINGO!

Still can't understand the need for some to continually bash LSL. We get it. You don't like it. Move on. Some of us care about posts like this.

Re: LandShark has made it's way to Louisville

For those that care, you can now find LS at The Liquor Barn. Not sure about other places just yet, nor restaurants. The LS website still doesn't acknowledge its presence here. I wouldn't be proud of being in Louisville either. (Just kidding, I'm from Kentucky myself; I'm just more of a Lexing...

Just an update for those that are interested. I spoke with the Liquor Barn here in Louisville today, and he spoke with an AB representative today, and the rep told him it would be here in Louisville the week after next, with my particular LB getting their Bud products delivered on Wednesday, so that...

Big Jimmy, LIPH-what is your favorite beer? My favorite beer is cold. My second favorite beer is cold and free. I've had Landshark cold and free, it sucked. It's like drinking carbonated water. That's not an answer. Are you afraid someone may ridicule your beer the way you have LSL? Interesting...

The problem here is that beer has many different types of consumers, and everyone has different likes and dislikes. There are plenty of popular beers out there that I do not like. I myself love Guinness, but most of my friends and family can't stand the taste. You have all kinds of camps when discus...

SWEET!! Louisville to Lexington is ALOT shorter drive than Louisville to Jacksonville.

That is great news because everything I had heard from distributors in this area is that it would be closer to the end of the year before it got in this area.

Thanks for sharing.

My hubby, searching for something nice to say, finally commented that it was better than Corona. Knowing he hates Corona, I asked if that was the best he could do and he said yep. :o That's been my opinion all along. If you don't like Corona, you are probably not going to like LSL. I think it taste...

I drove 4 hours round trip to Dekalb, IL to have it for Alpine. My wife thought I was retarded but I think it just added to the whole event and was damn glad I did it. Love the taste and I will restock in Gulf shores AL in two weeks when I am at Lulu's. Now THAT'S what I'm talkin' bout! I applaud y...

I took some up for the Cinci show and it was a great way to get settled in for the show. I also had a couple of more once inside. LSL has become one of my favorite beers. I can't wait for it to actually get to this area. We were looking for it in the grocery stores in northern Kentucky before...

I would have to go with: 1) EP Blues 2) Dukes on Sunday 3) Hula Girl at Heart 4) Bama Breeze 5) Wheel Inside the Wheel EP Blues just struck me the first time I heard the opening chords. DOS just has a wonderful easy sound and reminds me of sitting at a restaurant watching boats come in and out. HGAH...

Help. Five O'Clock Somewhere Clock?

Sorry if this has been discussed, but at the Cinci show last night in one of the videos there was a clock with all 5's on it instead of the traditional 1-12. I was wondering if someone might know where I might find one of those? My kitchen is decked out in palm stuff, and that clock would finish off...

After getting shut out last year and then again this year, this is a welcome surprise. Thanks again for the headsup. :D
