I think they make chocolate Nilla wafers now, I'm not sure if it would have the same effect unless you stuck them together to make them more burger shaped?

I had some at tropicfest that were made with nilla wafers as the bun, mint cookies (grasshoppers) as the burger and orange colored frosting on top and green on the bottom to hold it together. They were easy, no cooking involved and tasted good too....I would love to give credit to who ever made them...
