In one of the other places, New Morning was described as difficult to get a drink.

Was this because it was hard to leave your spot and come back?

This post reminds me of a buscade taken by two underage college kids from Buffalo, NY to see the Rolling Stones Steel Wheels tour - either in 1988 or 1989. Well, drinking the entire 3 hours during the ride to the show was awesome! Getting kicked out of the show for being drunk and trying to rush to ...

He only gave 2 or 3 months notice for Anguilla though he knew in August 2006 that he'd be playing the Dunes Preserve in March 2007.

Go see him in Paris.

Tickets are $60 each with all surcharges for a club that seats a few hundred.

Of course, JB is not as popular over there, so demand is not what it is in the US. And it costs a little more to get there.

www.cuisinartresort.com

If you want to just "chill" and want 5 star service, food, etc

www.sandals.com/main/whitehouse/wh-home.cfm

Same idea but at an all inclusive with excellent food and drinks.

I prefer "islands"...just makes me feel more relaxed.

We don't have any kids yet, so my favorite family trip was when my parents rented a cabin on Indian Lake in the Adirondacks.

It was wonderful. Fishing every morning with my dad, campfires at night. Smimming all day long. Eating the fish we caught for dinner.

What else can you ask for? :P

Two questions:

1. Who cares?

2. Who cares, especially seeing how the contest was offered by a ticket scalping company as a marketing tool.

Also, usually those who call themselves the "biggest" or "greatest" are usually the biggest or greatest tool.

Only 8 seats left as of 3 pm.

It shows that he is there from 9/19 through 9/20 so guessing there will be 2 shows.

Bought 2 tix

We bought our two tix to the show.

My calendar has been cleared.

Now I just need to find 2500 fun tickets for flights & a three night stay. That will be the tough part.

Good Lord, airfare got expensive.

Somebody would have to have an alcohol problem to drink Keystone...

Then again, in high school Keystone was all we could afford cuz they didn't sell Old Natural Light or Meister Brau at the convenience store with the blind cashier...We may have lied about our age but we never shortchanged him.

Elton John is kind of a girl. Elton should be worth close to a billion pounds (or Euros) BUT it sounds like he spends it faster than he makes it so maybe he could use the gig. Barry Manilow is more of a girl than Elton and Barry has that whole uselessness thing as a credential. Maybe one of them wou...

Who are the Yellow Shirts?

I was talking at the St. Louis show to someone else who had been to Anguilla. She said "I was talking to one of the yellow shirts, you know the ones Jimmy mentioned in Anguilla, and they said that Jimmy is staying at a million dollar home tonight." One of the "yellow shirts" was ...
