Instead of just using tax payer dollars for his time in jail, he is now going to use even more money to cover his treatments in the big house. I think he should left to die with no treatments or I stand by my initial comment that I would rather have him healthy to live out his prison sentence.

I would probably go along the local favs as well sticking to seafood. Perhaps some lobster caught off the east end of the island, some fresh caught weak or blackfish, both very tasty. Maybe some blue claw crabs. Doesn't really matter, he's not coming to dinner, he won't even return my calls
