I found Comedy Central's Indecision 2008 Blog post on this topic pretty funny: This certainly is something. I thought the incest part was a little over the top , but the skit was hitting at the New York Times... not Palin. It was meant to show that the writers and columnists at the Times live in their own world in Manhattan, won't venture out to get the real story, don't know what snowmobiles or shotguns...

McCain on deregulation
I was slapped on the wrist for posting this in the End of Capitalism thread, so here it is all by itself: ================================ If John McCain had his way he'd deregulate the healthcare industry like the banking industry has been the past decade. McCain writes in the latest issue of Conti...

From Obama's website: - Simplified paperwork and reined in health costs. - Easy enrollment. The new public plan will be simple to enroll in and provide ready access to coverage. From Obama's website: - Subsidies. Individuals and families who do not qualify for Medicaid or SCHIP but still need finan...

No. It's time for congress to get in the same boat with the rest of us. They don't give a s*** about our healthcare because they can butt in line at any government facility and get care for free. If they haven't earned that care by serving in the military, they need to stay the hell out of military...

I want the same health care benefits John McCain has. (And Obama for that matter) If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me. [snip] If ALL these politicians say they care about the middle class (me) , I want the same deal they have. Am I asking for too much ?  [smilie=thatwor...
