confirmed jimmy is in chicago today. From the GM of Ralph Lauren restaurant on michigan ave twitter account: "Great to see Jimmy Buffett back in for lunch at RL Restaurant today. Every bit the cool guy you think he would be." Twitterverse saying he is there tonight. Missed him by two days.

Also you might want to mention which concert you are looking for a bus ride to. And for tickets you need to look in the ticket exchange thread for the concert you are interested in. One last set of reminders deal with the road construction around the venue. See you Saturday and enjoy the show! As I'm sure MANY Alpine Valley attendees come from the west on I-43 and get off on D, are there detour/alternate route signs to Alpine posted? 120 isn't real obvious to those not familia...

I've been thinking that was a possibility. I'm guessing the night before Alpine since people will tend to be out enjoying themselves more on a Friday night than Sunday. Not impossible, but it is a travel day between NJ and WI. Anybody know if he comes in/out on the same night for Alpine or stays so...

Spent the day yesterday at Navy Pier and had lunch at M'Ville. Nice. Small. VERY small. They took over the space of another restaurant & are basically "landlocked". Their merchandise isn't even onsite....it's down the corridor a bit. The store itself is only a walk-up with the t-shirt...

I've read this whole thread and I still don't really understand the VIP parking pass. 2 Questions: Does having this pass allow access to the good/big lot at Noon? And if so, are we supposed to bypass the mile-long traffic line that's always there? Seeing as there is really only one podunk two lane ...
