There is no single lot for tailgaiting. It's mainly street parking and tiny parking lots for twenty bucks a pop. Just go down to the Flora-Bama for a few hours ahead of time and hitch a ride to the venue.

Just watched Will Kimbrough perform in Nashville at the Bluebird Cafe on June 23rd and he said he was going to play a new song called Nobody from Nowhere that he wrote for some big wig performer but couldn't say who it was because he didn't want to jinx it.
