How is "murder" defined? Or "murderer"? I'm a cab caller, walk home kinda person but I still think your "average" DWI/DUI is a witch hunt. To throw these people into the same catagory as someone who uses a knife, gun, rope, weapon, their bare hands, etc to kill someone...

I don't think a person who kills someone while Driving Under the Influence should be charged with manslaughter. In my opinion it should be considered murder.
