Ridiculous. Is Mother Nature named in the lawsuit?

My wife and I love the Caribbean but have always done land based vacations. We always wanted to do a Windjammer cruise but that does not look like it will ever happen. To dominate a niche market in any industry and throw it all away is a travesty.
