I'd recomment the Marriott Courtyard Houston Downtown. That's usually where we stay. Historic building in the heart of downtown, located on the METRO light rail line. Decent restaurant in the lobby. Its right across from a HUGE Macy's that connects to the rest of the high-rises by a series of tunnel...
