These are great!!!!!!!

Stayed at the Southernost Hotel last year. Clean, Comfortable and affordable...Nothing fancy as far as the room. Pool and Tiki Bar were nice. Staying there got you pool/beach privleges at the other Southernmost properties. Concierge service was great and there was a bicycle/scooter rental onsite.

We buy ours pre-made from a Cajun meat market....Its beef mixed with pork sausage, spices, onions, green and red peppers.

Being Louisiana and All......Crawfish!!!!! Have a big old crawfish boil in the backyard with corn, potatoes, sausage, etc. with plenty of beer. Probably some kind of bread pudding for dessert.
