One of THE best shows I ever attended was indoor in Charlotte, NC. It was Valentine's Day in (i think) 1997. Jimmy played Pencil Thin from the audience after the first break...surprising and delighting everyone. Closed with an acapella version of Survive....AWESOME. I've been to somewhere around 30 ...

Not real sure why he goes up to Columbia (the only reason to go Upstate is to watch the Gamecocks kick Clemson's ass in football...but that's a totally different thread) The North Charleston Coliseum is AWESOME....it is so small that every seat is a good seat...AND, it's located right off 2 major ro...

The man dancing with the sumbrero was priceless...that is what it is all about my friends! We really loved the show, but as usual....Nissan blows. We were relegated to the parking lot that looked like a moonscape....it was a 12 minute walk to the car, then we waiting in the car for 1 hour and 40 min...

That is true....just a shop. I worked for the NBC station in Charleston when it opened. We were the only station in town to do a story on the opening of the store, so to thank us, the manager (Jeannie, I think) called us and set up an interview with Jimmy the next time he came to town....that raw fo...

Nissan jumbo-tron video

It was funny at first, then irritating....

By the way, we both thought the "Here We Are" stuff was awesome!!!!

We'll be thinking of you in your air conditioned house while we are in a parking lot with temps around 115.

The DVD is fun....tomorrow, this will all be just a memory.

I couldn't agree more with Sam. While I'm not sure I'm totally on board with the original poster, but I must say, the vitriol and snobbery shown by those on this thread is regrettable, at best. Instead of skewering this guy, we should try to convince him to give it one more shot. Who the hell are we...
