This stinks. I thought Jiffy Lube was bad but this sounds horrible. I'm sorry to all affected. Chicago seems to do things so well for outdoor things I am very suprised this happened.

And I'm with FH, my wife would have a hard time with me disappearing for a few hours with people who I met on the Internet. I can't really explain it.
