We saw JT twice last year. Once @ the Garden State Arts Center & then we lucked out w/2nd row seats when he played Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Excellent show both times. You are right though, different crowd. There are two kinds of shows, stand up & dance or sit down & listen. JT d...

I was supposed to go to that show but since I have a bad cold I didn't think the rest of the crowd wanted to listen to me cough all night so I went home after work. I was looking forward to it too, I've never seen JT except for a couple of 3 song appearances on the Today Show Friday morning concert...

Just finished watching the "60 Minutes" tribute to Ed, and Jimmy got emotional... JB's just one of those guys that you never see sad or unhappy, Good point 61. Jimmy's got that rep for being ummmm, a tad cynical,,, about Parrotheads for example.. After seeing that interview, that reputati...

Just finished watching the "60 Minutes" tribute to Ed... Jimmy got emotional talking about getting back from Hawaii just in time to see Ed before he died. I've always known Jimmy had that side, so I'm not surprised ... I guess it's just that I'd never seen him so publicly sad. Seeing Jimm...

Is there any more difficult (or kinder) service one friend can perform for another than Mr Buffett just did? So much for those who insist on defining him as just a self centered, fun loving playboy. The man truly loves his friends, especially this one!! Wish he would stop by the James Taylor (anothe...

Jimmy: Well, when you think about it, you know, most reggae was basically... it came about from country radio being broadcast on those old huge AM stations and that's all they could get in Jamaica back in the 50's and then the Jamaicans took that and made reggae out of it, so it's pretty, you know,...

Re: ...

Had he kept the line of communication open, I might not be as frustrated. However, he did not and now on top of the extra long time he has already had the show, now everyone else on the list is supposed to be understanding and wait even longer because he has work. Well guess what? So does the rest ...
