I don't think it's jealously. I think it for whatever reason some here love to harp on the guy for his love of the carribean and his music. I read the article this morning and just for fun I came over to see how long before it was posted and the harping began...shock!!!

Hey to those who like Jake I went to see them last night and they put on a real fun show! I took a few pics and wanted to share with everyone. Jake played a new song from the cd "Flip Flop Summer" (no relation to KC Rest assured) it's going to be good summer anthem! I was singing it this m...

If I am not mistaken they also played on the cd "Life on the Gulf" by Jake and the music on that cd rocks...or should I say trop rocks....: )

They are a great band and wish they would get out more.

If you want to hear songs about Gulf Shores/Orange Beach you really need to hear some of Jake and The Half Conched Band's stuff as well. The whole cd is about the area.
