I personally like the audio plugins from Q sound - there is one for windows media player called iQms2 and one for real player called iQfx3. They are available for download at www.qsound.com. I just think that they give the recording a much more live and spacious fell. just my two cents

This enables me to hit stop between songs, save the previous song off to a file and hit record again within 30 seconds and not lose any music.
