Tampa doesnt really have a "tailgating" scene...everyone mainly just hangs out at Channelside & Newks before & after the show.

Check out Mango's. Its right on Duval and has great food/great atmosphere. There is an entire second story room that overlooks Duval that is primarily used for large groups. My friend is the catering manager there, so make sure you ask for Grant!
