And I like rmissbrook's advice! Creola...love that song and can't remember hearing it in concert. That's how I got my username. So relaxing.

I like FunkHouse9's idea of playing Nautical Wheelers!!! Jeez people, c'mon! It ain't gonna play itself!!! If you think about it, Nautical Wheelers is a lovely song that hardly ever gets played live. Would make for a great sing-along, actually. I'll take the bait. "Jimmy...play Nautical Wheele...

Hmmm....I like JollyMon66's idea. A cover of American Pie. One of my favorite songs of all time sung by my favorite artist of all time. That would be awesome!

No need to keep a running tally of how many everybody wants, as much as I appreciate the effort. Enough interest has been shown to make this a "go". I fully expect to have specific details about choices w/in the next couple of days. :D Thank you all so much! You're very caring to help Vic...

Definitely would love to hear some stuff like Barefoot Children, Death of an Unpopular Poet, and Last Mango in Paris. Also would LOVE to hear you sing It's My Job with Mac.

While I like a few more artists like Buffett, Joel, etc. better than Brad Paisley....that concert on Friday was about the most entertaining setup I've seen. Brad REALLY KNOWS how to put on a concert! He gets the fans eating right out of his hands. He's a talented son of a gun!

So get away to where the boat leaves from
It takes away all of your big problems
You got worries you can drop them in the blue ocean
But you gotta get away to where the boat leaves from
Zac Brown Band!

I used to go to a comedy club a few miles from me every Thursday. I've gotten to see Dane Cook and Ralphie May in person. They were both hilarious, but I think Dale Jones is on the fast track to stardom.

I like most of his covers, but I'm not too crazy about his "Werewolves of London" cover.

It's gonna be a fun weekend! Gonna party all day Saturday at Rippy's and also gotta get some good eatin' in at Monell's, The Cheesecake Factory, and maybe Joe's Crab Shack. We don't have any of that here in Knoxville.

Re: Alice In Wonderland - Movie #2
Most everybody I've talked to said to see it in IMAX. I've only seen 2 movies ever in IMAX (Avatar (3D) and I Am Legend). I was highly impressed with both. The IMAX theater, though, is another 20 minutes or so from my house. I've gotten comfortable with the one downtown. Maybe I'll break tradition t...

Alice In Wonderland - Movie #2
The crew and I are going to see "Alice in Wonderland" Wednesday night. Has anyone seen it? Is it worth it? Should I see it in IMAX or just traditional?

Re: Has anyone seen Shutter Island?
I went to see the movie last night and enjoyed it. Definitely was long, but it kept me intrigued. Very dark with a few big twists. It was the twist that actually made it worth it. Otherwise.....*yawn* I agree. At points during that movie, though, I had no idea what was real and what he was dreaming.

Haven't read that one yet. I'd like to see it from Eng's point of view. And then I'll definitely read the autobiography when Jimmy does that. Very interesting stuff.

Tonight I'm seeing Brad Paisley! I may have to add him to my list. Then George Strait in April...and of course Jimmy in May.
