Is this a race to see who can get the release out first? There is no mention of a Buffett release on the Buffett section of the MCA website - that ends with BHOTM. So the source of this info comes from the MGM Grand's press release about their concert. Maybe they simply screwed up (big screw up thou...

Any chance that MCA is looking to capitalize on the popularity and releasing something on their own?

I can't imagine Jimmy would willingly go back to MCA and not use mailboat, especially if he is rerecording songs and adding new ones.

How many post BBB&B releases were on MCA?

I had no problem with them in Tampa. Takes a little getting used to, holding them all day. But if you get them, plan on using them yourself. I would never buy them from someone I don't know.

Anyone know if a venue would allow you to exchange them for the more traditional kind of ticket?

I estimate you need at least 4-5 people trying to get tickets for every one who will actually land tickets. Double duty and concentration is the key. Five people spaced out in the same line (if they do the lottery) have a better chance than 5 in 5 different locations. All should have a cell phone wo...

If it is a mixture of live and studio stuff, perhaps he won't feel the need to include the old standbys. I'd love to hear "If I Had A Boat", maybe some accoustic stuff from the Long Island Shows and a good clean copy of tha Marvin Gardens favorite "Please Take Your Drunken 15 Year Old Girlfriend Hom...

Great Heart, Prince of Tides and FSOTW. I heard Far Side the first time he played it live in Camden last summer. While I was excited to hear something new, it was late, the crowd wasn't into it, and I really didn't appreciate the lyrics or the music. Once I heard the studio version I liked it a lot ...

Also click on some of the sponsors' web sites. The sponsors, who are funding this great program, will be more inclined to continue their support if they see it working. It never hurts to show that the people coming to this site are also going to the sponsors' sites.

Great work everyone!

…and his finger landed on Anchorage, Alaska. No, that wouldn’t do. That was heading in the wrong direction. He needed to feel the sun on his back and the sand in his toes. He never wanted to put on that winter coat again. He spun the globe once more, this time his finger slid much closer to the cent...

It is the "dynamic pricing" strategy that worries me. You'll always find "resellers" who will sell to the highest bidder. But if dynamic pricing means we all become bidders for sold out shows, prices will go through the roof!

I'll just check in on the Jersey Shore thing. Been going to OC, NJ for 30 summers. I'll keep my ears open for info. After I was shut out last year, I vowed never again!
