I remember the 2011 Friday storm, anyone parked on grass would have been totally stuck. May in Dallas....I wouldn't chance it. I can also foresee problems with golf carts, because some people will try to drive them over to the FC lots. An officer was hit by one in 2011, so the PD would not be amuse...

If I remember correctly, didn't someone fall off a golf cart or scooter or some type of motorized vehicle and get injured 2 years ago? Maybe that's why they're not allowing them anymore. Yea, I remember that, it was pretty serious. She did a face plant off the front of the cart and had to be taken ...
