I'm a firm believer in Weber. May pay a bit more, but they hold up and from what I've heard the customer service is awesome.

As for brisket, I have a local farm that sells meats of all kinds. Prices aren't bad either.

Never had a problem with my chorizo........never mind.


I've never had the Spanish style. Mexican chorizo is comfort food for me. Grew up in Arizona, so I ate a lot of it out there. Still not sick of it.
