The videos are from the VHS called Jimmy Buffett: Tales From Margaritavision. It was released in 2000, with Jimmy giving explanations and the history of each video and song. It wasn't released on DVD, but you can try to pick up a used copy of the VHS on Amazon. That's where I got mine for about $7.
