You should not have a problem getting tickets. So far this year I have scored tickets for $40 to MSG and Philly, well below face value.

A street party sounds like a great idea for pre-concert. Post concert I am heading to Trumps Marina to see Jimmy cover band, Parrot Beach. Those guys are great!
