Absolutely stupid move on the part of the venue... I understand what they're trying for, but seems ridiculous that each person has to have their ticket beforehand. But then, we got hassled going to the Will Call window. They had a security gate set up and asked a bunch of questions before they'd let...

I would.

Gee, can't believe I missed this.

I agree with Charlie - all things considered, be grateful you didn't have to post bail. And the fact that they were willing to TRADE you swag for a STOLEN sign I think shows a lot of understanding.

Ain't gonna happen. We used to have FIVE shows within 2 hours of here... THREE nights in Boston, one in Hartford and one in NY. Now we're down to two. Jimmy is playing less. No amount of griping will change that. My advice to the Cincy fans is to do what most folks here do - leave town if you need m...

In the past you could always lie and just say "my friends have all the tickets -I'm supposed to meet them in there."

We've NEVER had a problem and I rarely have my own tickets.

Guess we've run out of things to talk about if we're down to analyzing the hygiene of the members of the band or speculating wildly about their state of mind... Portions of this thread (and others lately) are downright mean-spirited. For those who feel the need to critique PM's appearance, why not p...

Alright! Since when are there 99 seconds in a minute! Does this mean that I'm younger than I thought!
99/100

5: would be hours
00: would be minutes
99 would be 100s of a second

Candus should be taken out back and bludgeoned with a copy of an artistic license.

They're not saying it's EXACTLY five o'clock somewhere. They're saying it's AT LEAST five o'clock somewhere. Nobody drinks just from 5:00:00 to 5:00:99.

Must have been a slow news day.

Roadies are the people who load the gear in and out. Peter usually jokes with his GUITAR TECH every time they swap our guitars. He's certainly not asking what song they're on. As far as disheveled... Jimmy provides the clothes. But I know the heat in Chicago was beating the band up. It takes enough ...

As far as power problems go, that stuff happens. He should have paused and let the roadie work on it in between songs or just given Mayer the night off and played some lead. A little improvisation would have cured that situation and gotten Jimmy out of his distraction. Shred JB!!!! Jimmy on lead? Y...
