I give up. I don't know. Heh. I mean, I really don't know. So, see what happens, what is said, proven, etc...and go from there. An odd thing though...1% of WHAT? Anyone can say whatever, and maybe it really did come to 1%. But HOW MUCH is that 1% of his business? Does that make sense? Kind of simila...

And I bet LIPH's favourite JB album is Last Mango In Paris - a true coaster more so than any Drive-By Truckers album.

Wow. Well, it would be great if the recording was done while she was on a honeymoon so she couldn't moan all over the songs...again. Alas, not to be.

It's obvious why Here We Are was left off the album proper.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha......it lives.

Hey, sonofabeach, do you not like HCJ because it doesn't have any SJPTD? Or are you just mired in a Last Mango state of mind?

Ah, y'all need to go to the ATM "machine" at the, like, you know, like, the Bank Of Bad Habits.

Even Jimmy, with his grasp on American English, still gets ATM wrong.

How befuddling.

JB Discog Ratings

Alright, the motherlode. For the most part, these ratings I've given the albums don't change much. Down To Earth 1971 *** Barnaby (Varese) High Cumberland Jubilee 1972 *** A White Sport Coat And A Pink Crustacean 1973 ***** ABC/Dunhill (MCA) Living And Dying In 3/4 Time 1974 ***** A1A 1974 ***** Ran...

Okay, in the mindset of Pepsi-Cola/Pizza Hut-Taco Bell-Aquafina; Nike/Chuck Taylor-Doc Marten; Coca-Cola/McDonald's-Gatorade-Powerade-Dasani, Disney/ABC-ESPN-ESPN2 etc... along with record labels, video stores, Times Square, NHL team, movie companies, blah blah blah blah...... Sony/RCA/BMG/Universal...

Someone explain this - If JB can lose his trademark, which makes NO sense whatsoever, because some...guy is selling t-shirst etc...how could he lose the trademark? It's paid for! You don't lose a trademark because someone is selling boot versions of your thing. Or whatever the hell it is that is 1%....

I can't recall correctly but I think if you go to the palm tree you get a rehearsal of Thank God The Tiki Bar Is Open.

I'll have to watch it again and remember to come back to this post.

I dunno, just screw around with it - you're BOUND to find it! I did.

Then there's the discog.

The first song that came to my mind about what it sounds similar to is No Plane on Sunday. Everybody's On The Run - no. To me anyway. But Everybody's On The Phone reminds me - not "is like" - of Homeade Music meets Last Man Standing. Which to me is really cool. For the Record, Take The Wea...

No. Albums are not ever "remixed". The Barnaby albums were not remixed by Varese - they were REMASTERED. Big difference. There are different mixes of some songs on Before The Beach - and since I haven't listened to Before The Salt in EONS I don't know if they are those particular mixes or ...

And MMIM is 2 albums, as are all of the Tiki live albums, and BBBB is 4. I wonder if Before The Salt could be counted. I mean, if Before The Beach is counted, it's just the same album but it's 1 record. But BTS is 2 records. And on and on and on and on. But you see the catch eh? "Recorded"...

I think it could be looked at as similar to how the t-shirt bootleggers walk around selling "Buffett" shirts and get busted - they're using his name and similar graphic features. If I were to record a song called That Shrimp Boat Sound that sounded a lot like Margaritaville to the point of...

Wow. Not ONE mention of Fingers.

Buffett's recorded over FORTY albums? Last I counted Take The Weather With You is record number 27 if you include Rancho Deluxe - which is a studio album.

Interesting how those facts always get bloated in these press releases.
