I love the fact that he was in his "safe house" when he was killed... how ironic :lol: The best news out of this was the fact that they were tipped off of his whereabouts by Iraqi citizens . Nice to see some of them getting involved. Our news reported that it was a tip from the Jordanians...

IMHO, I would begin with a conservative approach and explore all therapy and alternative options before rushing into surgery. This has worked for several of my friends.
If your surgeon decides surgery is best, get a second opinion, especially when it's back surgery.
