Have not posted in awhile, between traveling, Facebook, twitter, grandsons and golf. Life has been busy.. Here is some freaking awesome Oysters I coked in my smoker.. Sautéed Red Onions, Various Peppers, Garlic and Bacon in real butter. Added Sour cream made a sauce... Added on top of Shucked Oyster...

I get them mixed up with Homemade Wine and the Southern Drawl Band. Or maybe it's just their band names. When Buffett played in Charleston last year, Homemade Wine played for free in the parking lot before the show. I walked away after 2 songs, I wasn't impressed. OMG Larry, the legions of HMW fans...
