Without Timmo and Coburn the Flyers are just out-maned. I would like to have seen the first goal in the past two games be a lucky deflection for the Flyers and maybe things would have been different. They were the breaks they got against the Habs... Refs ruined the first period! There's no need to ...

. .wow . . .how beautiful . . ! ! . .where do you get your corals, etc. . ? ? . .is it a saltwater or fresh tank . . ? ? My main concern when I first got into this hobby was the ocean's coral reefs, I didn't want to harm them for my personal gratification. I learned about coral propagation w...

I used to have 9 saltwater aquariums and 1 freshwater tank running. It became too much of a job doing all the maintenance on them. Slowly I whittled the number of tanks down to 2 salt and the one fresh. One Pacific and one Caribbean reef. Recently I sold the 120 gallon Pacific reef tank and now just...

Lemme tell you OSU fans something.....this kid will be trouble for you. He goes to high school about 5 miles from where I live. My nephew is in the same class and has known him for years. Sure the kid has talent, but he IS cocky and thinks he's the king of the world. When he was younger, he was a ni...

Thanks, Landshark Girl. I wasn't sure what area to look for hotels in, Cuyahoga Falls, or Akron. It's just going to be me and my daughter, so scenic, or romantic, does not matter. Clean and close to an IHOP, is what matters. She loves IHOP !! I had a lot of relatives from the Cleveland area when I w...

I like Blossom. There are some beams that can get in the way if you're sitting on the lawn, but you shouldn't have a problem if you're getting pavillion seats. I think the sound is pretty good...I've sat on the lawn and in the pavillion many times and never noticed a problem with the sound. Let me ...

One piece of advise for ya, GET THE THING SET UP by someone who knows what they're doing. If your action ( space between the strings and the fretboard ) is too high, it will be very difficult to play. Fender electrics ( MIA ) are usually pretty good straight from the factory. Thier acoustics....eh. ...

Hey Cleveland People

Whats Blossom like? Not worring about tailgating, but am curious about views from the seats and the sound. Eric Clapton is there May 31, and I have to see him.

Very cool story. How was the diving? I'm assuming that you went there for the diving. Where did you stay and who did you dive with? Sorry for the questions, but I'm considering going there this year instead of Bonaire to dive.

Ugh, if it's Heinz Field or PNC, I'll be able to supply yinz guys with a recording of the show. I wont go to either to see Jimmy. I'll stay home and record it. Once at PNC was enough for me thank you, and Heinz Field.............let the Chesney people go there.

That is EXTREMELY cool that Mac would personally take the time and answer this. So, Jimmy's tone comes from a combination of things. People, instruments, mics, and STRINGS. Think I'll pick up some D'Addario's this weekend and slap em on my Taylor ( I've been using Elixir's ). Who knows, maybe they'l...

The strings probably don't have a ton to do with his sound. If you are speaking of live, it is probably the way he has his acoustic pickup EQ. He just have more treble dialed in. The all mahogany 000-martin he uses would actually cause it to be slightly darker in tone. mahogany is a darker sound th...

Because this really got my curiousity going since I too have thought about this, I went to Mac's website (since I'd never be able to reach Jimmy and Mac plays guitars on the albums too) and sent an e-mail to the address there presuming it would either go to Mac or someone who could answer it. I men...

Could it be because he chose mahogany sides and back for his custom martin, instead of the normal rosewood they use in the HD guitars? That's what the article from Martin is saying, at least...

Good point, thats something I'll have to ponder over.
