Ahh...religion...
Little Mary was not the best student in Sunday School. Usually she slept through the class. One day the teacher called on her while she was napping, ''Tell me, Mary, who created the universe?'' When Mary didn't stir, little Johnny, who was seated in the chair behind her, took a pin and jabbed her in...

Re: Have you ever been a hurricane?
I didn't think there was a Hurricane Nancy but when I googled it I came up with a Typhoon Nancy in 1961. It slammed the pacific and was the longest duration category 5 storm, lasting 5 days.

I'm still looking for one or two lawns for this show. Never been to this venue before. Is it pretty likely that I'll be able to find any that day from someone in the parking lot?

Who drinks?
White Castle. There aren't any up here in MA and the frozen ones just aren't the same.
Pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwiches are good, too.

Re: Have you ever been a hurricane?
In 1995 we went to Antigua for a last hurrah before the baby was born (I was seven months pregnant with my keet). Got there Saturday and Hurricane Luis hit Monday morning. It was very intense, I think it actually did hit Category 5. Ours was one of the few hotels on the island constructed of concret...

Oooh...love me some clam chowder. The New England kind. Not a fan of the tomato-y Manhattan kind.
I just saw a rerun of Emeril and JB was the guest. Emeril made a creaole seafood soup/stew that looked soooo good. I'm going to get the recipe off the website and try it at home.

Re: Favorite Comfort Food?
Soup for me. All time favorite is onion soup. Really good, with a toasty crouton and tons of cheese. Recently I had a five onion soup that was just fabulous, thick and almost creamy rather than broth-based. Amazing. Lately I''ve been enjoying a packaged soup called Alessio Tuscan Chicken Soup. So ea...

Just a side note, read somewhere that a Freddie Mercury biopic is in the planning stages and they want Johnny Depp to play him. I think he could pull it off, he'd be great.
