Is that a challenge? There was a 3-way tie for the 9 entries in our soup/chili fest. After a second round of voting there was a 1st time winner. White chicken chili. Pat took home a balloon, an officially signed (by the hosts) 1st place framed certificate, and a mixing bowl filled with cooking utens...
