We had a police standoff that started at 11:00 am yesterday and finally ended around 4 this morning. Guy walked into a bar & grill, fired some shots and then decided to stay awhile. Didn't take any hostages and didn't kill anyone. Gave himself up after they rammed an armored car into the place....
